Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Your Items are shipped via TNT and take from 3 to 5 days with trackable shipping for every country. Tracking numbers are emailed upon dispatch. Free shipping for all orders over $AUD 250 in Australia & New Zealand. 

During sale periods please allow up to 14 days for shipping. Upon dispatch you will be notified via email with tracking information. Please feel free to contact us with any questions here. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. 

You will receive updates about shipment status via email with all relevant shipping tracking numbers. You can track your order from our website instantly here.

Parcels are delivered between normal business hours; Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

International Shipping:

Flat rate $30 AUD

Some order may incur a custom or import duty charge. Zuttion do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. Please contact your local customs office for more information. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.

Payment:

We accept payments using all Credit Cards and via PayPal. All prices are in AUD. 

Returns:

We hope you enjoy your Zuttion purchase, but we understand that from time to time you may want to return it to us.

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we do not offer a refund but are happy to provide a credit note for the purchase amount. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. This includes cases where the incorrect size has been purchased.
If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Warranty cases are determined on a case by case basis. We have a 30 day warranty period on all of our pieces. Please note this excludes fair wear and tear.

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase. All sale items are final. 

How Do I return an item? 

  1. Please email us 
  2. Include your Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email) and information around the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
  3. We will respond to your email within 2 business days with the necessary instructions.
  4. All returns/credit notes/exchanges will take 2 days to process once items arrive back at our warehouse. We suggest using a trackable service when you send your items back to us.
  5. All exchanges will be charged a return shipping fee.

 

Privacy: Please note that any personal details you provide will be kept confidential and will not be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for use by Zuttion only. We do not collect or record credit card details.

My Account: Once you have shopped online with Zuttion for the first time you will be asked to create an account or you can purchase as a guest.
